Remarks
Flexible schedule with the recognition of University of Delhi and minimal fees are the most attractive factors to drove me here. People who are enrolled into some professional course or wants to work along with studies can opt for this institution.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum - The complete syllabus is pretty good as it gives you good insight about the subjects and question papers are designed from the syllabus only. Only drawback is they keep repeating the same curriculum for years, so the syllabus should be changing frequently. Faculties - Most of the teachers are really nice and helpful. Some of them are highly educated and good in their fields. Academics - The Bookish knowledge is good but they don't provide any industrial knowledge as it is distance institution, So it gives you the insights of the subjects but you should find the ways to apply that knowledge on your own.
Internships Opportunities
Haven't opted any internship from college side as they don't provide much of the opportunities.
Placement Experience
Placements - From last year only some companies started visiting for recruitment. But I haven't sit in any placement drive neither heard anyone getting placed but I appreciate the effort of doing so despite being a open institution.
College Events
Campus Life - Campus life is average but happening as they provide PCP classes on weekends for students in regular colleges when regular students are on off and on holidays. Most of the students are easily approachable and helpful. There are lots of hangout places near Delhi University. Extra-Curricular Activities - As Such they don't provide much activities for students but they do organise 1-2 cultural fest with some fun activities like, treasure hunt, tug of war etc. But not much. Although we are allowed to attend other du colleges seminars and events and for fest you can connect with regular students for tickets and passes etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't availed any scholarships or loan facility so, don't know much about it. Although the fees is really cheap and affordable.
Campus Life
Campus Insfrastructure - Infrastructure is very nice although it's really old still it's good but as per the numbers of students it should be expanded. No WiFi facility available. No Sports facility available. Library - library is well spacious and has lots of books related to course along with that they issue course books, to students at very cheap, minimal price.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't opted for any separate accommodation as I live here in Delhi with my family but there are lots of PG's near the college with rent around 7,000-10,000 with meals or without meals respectively.
