Remarks

It is an institute of national Level. Highly reputed. Government college. Has the stream of Instrumentation And Control which includes my favourite course robotics. Many of my known people also passed out from the college and are living a good life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well though it is a national level Institute but most of it's teachers are not good at conveying knowledge though they know it. A lot of courses are taught without their practical knowledge and experience.

Class Size: 115Course Fees: INR 166720 per year

Placement Experience

Well that is the plus point of studying in government college of National level. Placement and job opportunities are quite good and more than other private level institutes.

College Events

Well that is is the point where I would like to appreciate my Institute. I just love my college life, specially hostel life. My roomate and friends is my other family in life. Cultural management, fest management everything is good.

Campus Life

Well I would rate campus infrastructure as below average (4 on a scale of 10). Yeah wifi library equipments everything are provided.But wifi isn't available through out the campus. Even wifi fees is taken in few hostels though it isn't provided there. Library is old and cannot support the college strength. Even books also are not upto required strength. Equipments in lab are old. The Institute takes the development fees of 5000 rs from each student every semester but i can't see any effective development.

Hostel Facilities

Well hostel life is good but hostel aren't from my point of view. In a small room I live with my another family of 4.There are some things which aren't provided by the hostel but fees of those things are taken. Eg- Wifi.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

From four semester we start getting internships from various companies depending on student skills ,but regularly in 6th/7th sem we can ppo's pre-placement offer In cs department students are enjoying an average annual package of 17LAKH while in EC department, students are enjoying an average annual package of 13.5LAKH IN CS DEPARTMENT the placement percentage is nearly 91% while in ECE department placement percentage is nearly 97%

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
