Remarks
It is a good public-private college in Delhi, near to my house, also I was getting my desired course of study which was a big plus. Also staying in Delhi, big city has certain advantages which also prompted me to stick with my decision
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is in my opinion outdated and more focus is on theory, i.e. how to get marks in exam and not any practical knowledge per se. Even the activities that are conducted for enhancing practical knowledge are not implemented properly. I'd say there's a lack of initiative from both sides- students and teachers.
Placement Experience
Some decent companies show up with the highest package on campus being 12-14 LPA. MNC's such as Amazon and Google have also started coming although they conduct pool drives and don't actually hire for a developer role. But many students are able to get good offers of campus if not on campus.
College Events
We have active societies that regularly conduct events though the fest usually happens in Jan and is not the most extravagant one, more like a school event or fete with no celeb whatsoever. There is a university fest though which is much better still not that great
Campus Life
Decent infrastructure, a central a/c library, common rooms for chilling, small sports ground with volleyball and badminton courts and small labs with most of them having older systems. A nice auditorium and some decent seminar rooms.
