Affiliated by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University; Near my place of residence ; Known for its placement in my desired field of studies; recommended by family and past teachers;i opted for this specific course due to my admiration towards the subject and thinking towards future options i may unlock pursuing this subject. Not only does electronics and communication engineering provide me with an access to work on hardware but also leaves an option to opt for software and computing.
Course Curriculum Overview
While the teaching faculty is amazing and hard working, the curriculum seems outdated and contains much undesired topics especially in the starting semesters. No coin is without it's other side, and as such there are some teachers who are absolutely incredible while there are others who make you question your understanding of life itself.
Placement Experience
Our college has an excellent E-cell that works hard to build up a student's personality and also confidence in giving and acing interviews. While placements in thid college may not be as grand as those in the main campus of IPU, many students get placed in good companies with well to do initial packages.
College Events
The college provides is fair share of societies and events, however numerous teachers work with a thinking that all of that is waste of time and unnecessary in a student's life. I, on the other hand, am flabbergasted to see how amazing societies are and how they help us improve our character as a whole. The college provides sports however enabling us to do it is another story. We may not have a basketball court, but we sure do have a team; we may not have a music room, but we have an excellent music society that goes on to win tons of events.
