Remarks
It was academically well known college and was more close to my residence than the other college which I got in the third list. I had many school friends who had opted for it. I was very interested in Humanities subjects therefore I took Arts and then I selected my BA major as philosophy because of my interests and career benefits.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since it's an autonomous college we get an updated syllabus and this year the students were asked for given topic suggestions and how can the syllabus be improved. The faculty of philosophy is awesome.
Placement Experience
The college offers different courses on UPSC/MPSC, fashion designing, language learning, IT, etc. Alumni of philosophy batches have successfully set up their careers in diverse fields like Management, Higher studies, technical fields etc.
College Events
Campus life was great with various clubs and events like Rotaract, Theatre, Value Lab, Cultural activities etc. Students participate in large numbers and we are given enough autonomy to create our own clubs and events under faculty guidance.
Campus Life
It has an excellent Library with vast genres of books and very efficient and spacious reading hall with a centre for Visually challenged students. The building was renovated last year and all the labs and library were re - designed. From washrooms to the surrounding campus area. Everything was worked upon.
