Remarks

My college is a very good place fir studying. Its principal is strict about study & exams. Its hostel is average but the other things meets all expection of all students.

Internships Opportunities

For my college internship I worked in HDFC Bank for 8 months & thet were paid me 15000 + incentive as a stipend a lots of engibeering companies are also cming for internship.

So many companies are coming for placement i got selected in 3 companies at my time more than 30 companies were came for campus interview at my time.

College Events

Every year college is celebrating its event for cultural activities & also it is encouraging for celebrating various cultural days we were arranging the whole event so we got the experience of leadership & group working.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible they are tking 70000 per year for mba fee which is feasible this days also the hostel fee is nominal. Including food it is about 40000 per year so within 110000 per yeae u will complete your MBA.

College is giving facility of fee refund govern by govt of maharashtra minorities department (Samajkalyan department).

Campus Life

College is encouraging their students to take part in various events like Purushottam natya festival, robitics event, various interuniversity & interstate sports competition, various creative competitions etc i won state level price for advertisement competition & group discussion competition.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is mainly for engineering students & it is comfortable & affordable mess food is average.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

Our alumni network is very strong. We arrange alumni meet once in a year also ours is the first batch so we cant say anything about senior students but it is having good alumni network.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted by pune university so the exam dates & structure are finalise by them it is conducted semister wise also college is conducting internal periodic tests which is useful for semester exams.

Faculty

All faculties are masters or PHD holders many of yhe faculties are industry experience faculties. So their experience will be beneficial for the students.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. I choose this college because it is a teir 1 college with excellent ranking and their placement percentage, although is was also checking for other colleges I compared their placement percentage, ranking and students development program but they were not that good as compare to PCCOE. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

I came to PCCOE because it offered me the best balance. Most students come to the college through the MHT-CET. There is a 10% bracket open for JEE students as well but I personally came from MHT-CET. In MHTCET, cutoffs can go as high as 99 percentile for CS/IT branches. For my branch, cutoff was 97 and it has increased since. I chose this place becasue it provided a good balance for my working environment. There is also a certain percentage alloted to management students costing anywhere from 10 lakhs to 50 Lakhs depending on the branch for which admission is required. I applied to COEP, PICT, VIT, PCCOE, MMCOE, VIIT, PVG, etc. COEP and PICT were not in my books as my score was too low. I'm glad I didn't get VIT because they merged with VIIT last year and that caused both their average placement as well as average everything to go down. This college proved to be the best bargain between an objectively good college and my marks....Read More
