Remarks
As I always wanted to get into the Delhi university and the factor that the colleges of the north campus are said to be more prestigious than south campus. The factor that I qualified the cutoff list of the college was the main reason and few of my acquaintances said that this college has one of the best faculties of history. I got myself enrolled into the college and to be honest I don't regret it.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course syllabus of history hons was revised in the year 2019 with various others courses syllabus. The revised syllabus had few changes from the old revised syllabus of 2016. Then during this pandemic time too the syllabus had been moderated with exemptions of various topics. The curriculum is filled with various seminars, fests and activities that it helps and a person grow and boom individually. The faculty of my course is excellent but there were troubles during the second semester as there was shortage in faculty members.
Placement Experience
My course doesn't include any placements. But I have got to know that placement drives to take place. And companies like AMAZON, BAJAJ,ITC,DELIOTTE,DE CATHLON,TCS ETC come to recruit students. There ain't any internship program that the college provides.Its an individuals wish to get into internships through various apps
College Events
The campus life is filled with colours, events, seminars, fests and activities. A person will find himself always in between various activities. The 2020 annual fest of the college was cancelled due to the virus but the departments fest were great. Prior permission for every single event is to be taken so that there wont be collition of events. Overall I would conclude that college is way fun than anyone can imagine.
