The college and the curriculum along with the staff is the best i have seen so far, they are very experienced in handling the management with a elegant way the college is already doing a great work in bringing together all the students from around south india and grooming them into a fine class of engineers.

I took TANCET exams , i have scored 23.5 in it i chose this college because it is one of the best colleges in india and the fee is very low.

The course curriculum provided in the college is on par with international standards. All the subjects are provided are up to date curriculum review and changed whenever a new and upcoming technology is dominating the market.

Yes, they provide internship to students within college as from companies the stipend varies based on what kind of internship they are receiving, from which company they are receiving. companies like intel, ebay, amazon, etc, provide stipend upto 25k and the local companies provide from 6-15k and there are unpaid internships also if it is a research project within college it depends on the project and guide.

Placements in PSG tech are very good, the campus is visited by variety of companies from MNC to local companies the college first brings the MNC companies like goldman sachs, intel, amazon, microsoft, ebay, etc and the service based companies like cognizant, tcs, wipro, etc, and the local companies will be given a chance to recruit our students for those who wish to work in the home town. During our final year around 700 got placed in cognizant, 60 in IBM, 28 wipro, 15 INTEL, 10 ebay, 8 amazon all these are approximate vaues.

All the departments have their own department functions LOGIN - It was our inter college department function(mathematics and computer applications) a lot of technical and gaming rounds will be coducted every year thiran our Intra departmental function we had 5 courses in our department competition between these departments) Intrams - an intra college cultural activity mostly cultural functions takes place in this function.

My course cam under govt aided so the college fee was the lowest in the statearound 30k per year if it is self financing course then it is a little bit higher the fee differs from course to course, self financing is a little bit expensive but it is worth it the hostel and mess facilities were good but the people managing the hostel are a little bit ignorant and they charge a little higher.

The college has an alumni fund for financially critical student and every department has a alumni fund provided by the alumni of that depatrment for the welfare of the students the govt of tamilnadu scholarship is provided to all the students the college has tie up with a lot of banks in the locality and they help us to get loan from those banks.

In my course the male gender ratio is always higher than that of female gender ratio so in many post graduate courses, but when it comes to under graduate courses like B.E, B.Tech th ratio is even the lab facility is the best in india we have access to the computer labs 24x7 all times. we always stay in lab till midnight sometimes 2-3am in the morning when we have work we are encouraged to develop the ideas with guidance the college even funds some of the projects.

The alumni network of the college is a vast one our alumni are around the world in all ages, since the college is running fro 1951 the alumni network is huge the alumni association had set up funds for labs and equipment facilities, they bring a lot of jobs to the college and they also provide fund for helping students financially.

The course curriculum is reviewed and changed every 2-3 years based on the current need in the engineering and IT field there are 2 semesters per year and every semester is evaluated with 8 subjects 5(theory) and 3 (practical labs) with a total of 100marks (50 internal + 50 external) for the external 50 marks we write one semester examination and the internal assessment is done based on 3 internal examinations, assignments, seminars and small projects done for each subject.

All the faculty in our college are atleast 10+ years experienced and possess a wide knowledge in their field of expertise they along with other alumni frame the course charter and curriculum to benefit th students.
