Remarks
The college has a good campus and has excellent teaching faculty. Its highly cost effective (approx. Rs 1700 per year) and the campus is extremely good. It does lack modern luxury aminities like air conditioning, smartclasses, etc. but it has an air of its own. The college is in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram but its located in such a place as there is a blissful environment. The college has all the extra curricular activities you can expect and its an excellent foundation to build your career.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is excellent though more specialization is desired. The teachers know the core very well and can help with almost anything. Our principal, Dr. Bijukumar Sir is one of the best and he knows how to guide us accordingly. The college does not offer other integrated degrees such as BBA or BCom.
Placement Experience
They are good enough to succeed if you work hard although its recommended to use it more of as a platform for something much bigger and better.
College Events
The campus is one of the best there is. There is the positive vibe of being nearer to nature. Extra curricular activities include moot court competitions(an all india competition is conducted every year; although last years' was cancelled due to the Corona pandemic), Kerala University football and cricket tournament, athletic meet, and much more. On the arts side, we can participate for the Kalotsavam and the college has arts fest on its own too.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very good and is being developed every year with the support of the Govt. Of Kerala. A new volleyball court and cricket training nets are the newest additions to our college and the compund walls of the girls hostel is being reconstructed further. The college takes renovation very seriously.
