Remarks

The best engineering college after top IITs. The placement record of the college is outstanding. I also choose this college because it is in the same city. I love Computers and their application and therefore choose this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is well updated and meets the current need of the industry. All the faculty in our college are very helpful and are well qualified. They have lots of industrial knowledge, and if you approach them, they will provide you with proper guidance.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 780000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Great placement record. The highest salary package offered was 1.5 crores per annum by Google. The lowest salary package which is offered is around 5 lakhs per annum. All big companies visit here for campus placements.

College Events

Every semester there are lots of events and competitions. Big fests like Pragyan, NITTfest, Festember are organised on a grand level. Different inter-college sports fests are also organised. Theatre group also organises acting workshops.

Campus Life

Free Wi-Fi is available. College provides all the facilities you think should be present.Classrooms and library are well maintained, neat and clean. Labs are well-equipped with enough equipments so that every student can do their experiments.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.

NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
