Remarks
It was in my state only and the best college for girls at that moment (back in 2014). Also the government tag associated with the college and the infrastructure seemed at par when i visited the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus was changed and updated every 4 years but I didn't see much changes as i was in the batch just after the transition batch. Internships and industry exposure is mere a formality there. The faculty is really learned and well versed with their subjects but over a time they also lose interest in teaching passionately so the role of students is much more substantial there.
Placement Experience
Student who sit for the placement are supposed to meet the minimum percentage requirement,which is usually 65 but for other good companies it is between 70 to 80. One of my seniors has been placed with the with an MNC and her initial package was nine lakhs, it was the only good package that any girl in our campus has been offered. Otherwise companies like IBM,HCL, & a lot of other tech companies come for placement but they will only offer 3 to 4 lakhs.
College Events
The fest would last for three days and almost had everything from cultural, to technical, to fun activities throughout the day and night. If I have to compare this first with other private college fest I would rate it at 6 out of 10. The power lies with the faculty more than students so there is not much scope for you to do things on your own.
Campus Life
In 2017(when i got graduated) few things were under construction but nothing really changed except the canteen decor. Library is really good,labs are good as well. Lot of mechanical students had complaints in terms of technological progress.
