Who dont want to study in India's Top NIT? The college is excellent in terms of both academics and extracurriculars.The college also finds a place in top engineering institues from around the globe. I choose ECE because i want to work in the field of semiconductors.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is well designed to provide deep knowledge of the subject to the students without giving them any burden. Practical knowledge is given more importance and this makes students industry ready. Faculty is excellent and always ready to guide you.
Placement Experience
Top recruiting core companies are NVIDIA, Texas Instruments (TI), Samsung, Qualcomm, Synopsys. Companies of IT sector coming here include biggies like Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, NVIDIA, Samsung, HP, Acer etc. You can even get package as high as 70LPA if you have enough skills.
College Events
There are both technical and non technical clubs in the college. Technical clubs help you a lot in your projects. You can join non technical clubs to improve your overall personality. Many fests are organised around 4-5every year. Many events are also organised around one every month.
Campus Life
The campus size is around 800acres which is huge. Classrooms of first years are fully air-conditioned. The campus is full of greenery. There are enough sports grounds. We have a proper gym, a swimming pool, an indoor stadium, a badminton court and a Student activity centre (SAC) too. There are lots of food joints and outlets inside the campus.
