Cotton College is one among the premier colleges in Guwahati.Every students dream is to pursue course in Cotton college.And as I scored good marks in 12th final year examination I got my selection in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Mathematics course was easy for those who likes to do maths.But if you are not interested in Mathematics you will find this course tough.I loved the curriculum and the subject.With the help of our teachers I scored well in my graduation.

Placement Experience

During my time,placement were not compulsory in our college. No recruitment companies visit to our college for placements.But every student once completed their graduation can able to get jobs in Govt or private sectors.

College Events

Many activities were conducted in our campus. Some activities are really enjoyable while some activities were good for learning experience. When we were in the final year of our course we also conducted various extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love to explore the novels of great writers so i choose the English literature to complete my bachelor degree . The course enhanced the thinking of mine and upgrade the knowledge of literature . I don't think they need a improvement on teaching . But exam timing isn't fine . 9 AM isn't untolarable we can't reached the college too early

5 or 6 semester onwards students are eligible for internships in off campus . They can opt for PPO. There are severe companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, and some top MNCs . overall campus is perfect to spend 4 years

After the 6th sem placement season starts. The intern season takes place at the end of the 4th sem. The placement of the college is extremely good. The average package of the college is around 21 lakhs. That of CSE is 41 lakhs. Mncs is 35 lakhs etc. Projected package of my branch DSAI is 40 lakhs.
