Course Curriculum Overview

Ours is a autonomous College. Hence syllabus is framed by college based on the current requirements. They often take us to industrial tours and other science exhibitions.Maths faculty is good.We have many other courses which help us to gain knowledge in other fields too.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are good. For the students who are planning startups are given financial support from an organisation called " Derbi Foundation". A list of good companies do visit for placements. Students with year back are given less priority in campus selections. Cut off for campus selections is 7.5. Students with good score and good internships in their profile has good scope for placements

College Events

Ours is a big auditorium with a capacity of accomodating 700 members.We have annual fests and many other fests too. We are taken to inter college fests too. Extracurricular activities are equally prioritised.

Campus Life

We girls dont have sports. Wifi is available only in library. Ours is a huge library and digital one.We have enough books to go through. Lab set-ups are satisfactory. Infrastructure is appreciable.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

I had some priorities in the colleges and I placed the colleges in the same order Dayananda Sagar College of engineering was in my 6th option and after me getting my ranking i saw the previous year cutoff and I was sure that Dayananda Sagar College wil be the college i will get according to my option entry and my rank And i was also fixed to this college itself I didn't see the above 5 colleges as my option because my ranking and the college cutoff was not matching and had great difference and i didn't got admission to any other college i directly got admission in the same Dayananda Sagar College after the allotment through the dcet exam I wrote the dcet exam after completing my diploma they take the average of last year of diploma and the dcet score and average them and give the ranking these are the main criteria and the college gives space for students according to the categories given from the government for each category certain seats should be given to those category students itself like that...Read More
