Remarks
Being a sikh it was easy for me to get admission in this college since the college has reservations for sikh students. Also the college is near to my house. The college is near to Subhash Nagar metro Station and adjacent to Swarg Ashram bus stop. The college has a very positive environment.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course has not been updated. It is same from last 10years. Cannot blame college for this since the university decides the syllabus. Teachers here try their best to help students understand all the latest technologies and developments in the field. Some of the faculty are brilliant in their subjects.
Placement Experience
It all depends on the skills of the student. I recently got placed at HCL with a package of 9lpa. My friend got placed at a package of 10lpa. Most of the students are placed at a package of 3.5lpa. Various profiles related to different engineering branches are offered. Placement cell is outstanding and help a lot. They go beyond their limit to help students get placed.
College Events
We have a theatre group which has produced a big actors like Tapsee Pannu, Harshdeep Ahuja. Our Bhangra team is internationally recognised and has performed all over the world. Our debating society is famous all over the delhi circle. Our annual fest GATES is one kf the most sought after fests among Delhi colleges.
Campus Life
Campus area is more than sufficient if you come here with intention of studying. I have heard students complaining about the campus area but believe me it is sufficient as we have all the labs, sufficient no.of classrooms, staff room on each floor. There are different buildings for academic department, lecture classrooms, labs. Canteen is not very fancy but basic snacks are available.
