Remarks

NIRF Ranking, Infrastructure, google ratings, faculty, environment, facilities, connectivity, easy to reach, metro route and many more things. I opted the course because of the wide scope also this college is one of the most ranked college to pursue Political Science among all the colleges in Delhi University

Course Curriculum Overview

The entire course was made available either by offline or online modes. The faculty is extremely helpful. They provide us with ample of handwritten notes. Also Kamal Nath Choubey Sir provide with online lectures through YouTube

We've a Placement cell which provide enough of placement and internship opportunities. A student can get internship even in the 1st semester as per their qualities and aptitude. Many of the big companies whether being of information and technology to mass media are linked to the college.

College Events

There are several societies. One can easily get admitted to one as per their interest. All the societies conduct their own fest. Its fun to attend each and every fest akso you come across various cultures along with their food and religious beliefs.

Campus Life

We have the biggest NCC ground. Various sports like cricket matches are always conducted. A well furnished library. And an air conditioned Auditorium. Also the amphi theatre is a hub for various activities. The area of college is very big to cover at a time. College canteen provides quality food at highly reasonable prices.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

I have applied for I have applied for few of the north campus colleges and few other colleges from the South campus. I got confirmed admission form DCAC. I chose it because I am a tabla player and music society is very good. The admissions are generally accepted to CUET UG examination.
