Remarks

Ethiraj college has very good name and is famous for his discipline. It is Safe for girls. The college is located near my house, so my parents wanted me to do my post graduation (mba) in ethiraj college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good. The course structure was good, we had faculties who try to teach us in various forms for us to understand and go into the subject deeply. We have interactive sessions, activities for learning subjects with fun, we also had guest lectures.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

2.5

Don't know about placement as we are not aware of it. We have not got job offer from any company. And visits. Some alumni of our college had came for guest lectures.

College Events

Campus life was fair. As mba students we had only some cultural events allowed and we had opportunity to participate in events from different colleges. Extra curricular activities like sports, we didn't had such.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
