Course Curriculum Overview
All the faculties teaching the course were experienced. Our course Leader Saumya Pande, who is also a Fashion consultant and an experienced professor plans sthe course structure that pushes each student to strive for the best in their projects. Every year students take up industry projects to learn from the top industry mentors.
Internships Opportunities
I am currently interning with Zameen Astar Foundation (ZAF), a non-profit organisation that empowers rural women. Stipend: 5000/mo. The internship was offered based out of personalapproach
Placement Experience
The placement cell gives us various opportunities related to design and other fields. Few companies visited the campus for selecting students. Their best candidates are selected and hired once their final year is over.
College Events
Every year the college celebrates its annual cultural festival called Remix. It involves various cultural programmes and design events. Colleges from Delhi, Haryana and UP attend the fest. Otherwise all festivals and events are celebrated which is organised by the college Council of students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college gives its students two categories of academic scholarship, one wave off 50% and the other 25% of the school tuition fees based on their class 12 results. It also had the Edward Newton Scholarship Award which waves 50% tuition fees, this is awarded to students based on their academic performances.
Campus Life
The campus provides with some good quality services. The canteen that serves hot fresh food. The library consists of many important and various books on Fashion Design, Communication Design and Architecture, it also includes another range of top magazines and fiction and non fiction books. Each and every student and teaching and non- teaching staff in the college has access to wi-fi service. To spend liesure time there is a recreo where students can play Teable tennis and Billard table.
