A determined and aspired students can find lot of opportunities to showcase his talents and can utilise the facilities to the core. Discipline is must in the college and some strict rules may seem to be difficult for you but overall its a superb college with dedicated management and placement opportunities and a place for executing your innovative ideas at free of cost.

Single window counselling or management based on cutoff mark in higher secondary board exam at Tamilnadu level. College only allows Tamilnadu students to study not others. No specific exams available. If u can't get seat through counselling then you have to pay donation for management seats available.

Course subjects are predetermined for first and second year. You have a total of 4 electives in third and fourth years each with an option of around 16 subjects. Syllabus must be completed by faculty in suitable time and management will take care of it at regular interval to ensure students growth.

Internship is offered by Soliton technologies and For a period of 3 months in last semester with a stipend of 8000 pm. Private internship by students are also allowed.

Major recruiters are Accenture,CTS,Infosys,Wipro with a total intake of around 160 students out of 240 in our dept and around 850 out of 1300 in college for annual package of around 2.8 L to 3.6 L.Other recruiters include soliton 4.2Lakhs p.a and Robert Bosch 3.6lakhs p.a.Other companies are tech mahindra,aspire tech etc.

3 technical symposiums Dept level symposium named techthirst college level symposium named techthirst national level symposium named acumen conducted every year with participants of over 1000 papers and around 200 projects. Inspite of this open house exhibition featuring students projects conducted every year show casing talents of our college student and also school students. Mega cultural event named Enthusia which hosted for 2 days held every year with huge participant in various cultural events like mime,dance,singing,short films.

A total of around 3.5 lakh necessary for dayscholars and around additional amount of rs 2.5 lakh needed for hostellers. Facilities available for the amount paid so no worries.

100% Scholarship available for top scorer in each dept in semester only. Apart from that,TN govt scholarship is available based on merit list. Educational loans can be get from bank and college doesn't provide anything either.

A lot of parties and function starting from fresher's party to farewell. About 20 full days will go for club activities despite small meetings and activities. These will impart leadership qualities and team work among students. Forums include IETE,IEEE are mean for impacting technical knowledge among students. Cultural club,photography club brings extracurricular skills of students. TBI of our college provides fund for innovations.

College hostel is available with yearly rent of rs 50000-55000 with 2 bedded room and 3 bedded room and 4 bedded room. Hostels are allocated based on distances only. So no problem for students from long distance to have a seat. Private owned rooms or hostess are available nearby.

College itself organises alumni meet to share their job experiences and outside environment opportunities and they do help a lot. Also guest lecture and interaction sessions will be provided where alumni of our college visit to interact with students.

Usually 3 lab session every week and for each semester 3 internal test with 6 subjects each and a model practical apart from university exams. It will not be so tough to bear.
