Course Curriculum Overview

Starting with syllabus It is wide and covers all aspects related to hotel management. Industrial exposure is great as a complete semester is given for it thus a great industrial exposure helps people to choose their desired path.

I had completed my internship from ITC MAURYA for four months which was a part of my industrial training Stipend was 3000 per month Students sit for an interview to get the opportunity

Not great but manageable as compared to other colleges the infrastructure is a bit week and old but with a reputation like Pusa it really does not matter There are courts for badminton basketball and tennis

Hostel Facilities

Hostel seats are few but are in the campus itself. Facilities like laundry, gym,sports and mess Sports gear provided by the hostel itself The people who do not get a hostel or choose not to take may tale nearby flats which are not far away and also not very expensive

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. The NCHMCT, organises an exam under the name of NCHM-JEE, where students who wish to apply and pursue their careers into the hospitality sector can appear and give the exam. There are mainly three category of colleges - Government, Semi-Government and Private Institutions. As per the rank accquired by the examinee, the colleges are alloted to the particular student based on the preference of the colleges asked.
