Remarks

I chose this because I like hardcore programming. I would suggest the university to focus more on practical work than theory. It is good college and faculties are so supportive there. Opportunities for all to grow there. Faculties are so experienced and guide to boost carrier. It helped me lot to learn new things there.

Course Curriculum Overview

Currently, I am in the 3rd year, so I haven't got placement yet. But Jamia Hamdard has a very decent placement. Students from my faculty (faculty of engineering) have been placed in companies like TCS, CCS and most of the students got selected through the college placement at Rs. 3 - 4 lakhs per annum.

Course Fees: INR 650000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are good. Basically, placement is based on the placement cell and the student. The highest salary offered in our college is Rs. 3. 3 lakhs annually. In our college, mainly TCS, Wipro, NextGen, JK Tech, Beehive and many more companies recruit students.

College Events

Jamia Hamdard provide many technical events on monthly bases as well as cultural activities on National level. The university itself is very much active in organising cultural and social events like dramas, fests, sports meets, Mushayera, Sahitaya nights, and inter-zone match.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Placement Experience:

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

A Decent Guide to Jamia Hamdard

I applied to some other colleges also like Amity in Lucknow, University of Delhi and sharda too and I also got a letter from amity but it was very far compared to Hamdard in Delhi. when my name was listed in list of Jamia hamdard my parents thought it would be better for me to go Hamdard because of the environment so that's why I choose Hamard I did got rejected by other colleges because I was very late to respond to their mails Admission process is quite easy you first have to fill the form online on the site of Jamia hamdard within the given time period of whichever courses you like and then pay the form fees then you'll to wait for your name in the list of that particular course which the college releases time to time...Read More
