Had a good reputation in the industry and was a known college. Also provides with job placements and industry experience during course

Course Curriculum Overview

Since the course is just midway a lot is a to come. But from my what I have experience up until now, the professors try their very best to introduce us to new trends and concepts in the industry but a lot of industry exposure is left out as well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Not done yet Will know once I’m done with third year. A lot of my seniors were placed successfully and those who weren’t applied elsewhere.

College Events

Events are too many but not too few either. Mostly conferences and guest lectures. They also have field trips to potential workplaces in the media industry as well as treks and rural immersion programs.

Campus Life

Beautiful campus with picturesque spots. Various buildings are present, each allocated for a faculty or two. Always faced a class issue with our batch but a new building is being constructed for the same.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

So called MITWPU-Pune

i had applied for ahemdabad university as well. I got admission there as well but i was waiting for confirmation of admission from this college. I chose this college over AU just because this one was located in Pune-the IT hub, and they had made pretty good name all these years. But the name and fame they earned was when the college was under government. Currently it's fully private and the management is very bad. I didnt apply to any other colleges. MIT-WPU is world class!!

MIT has its own evaluation test and also 12th marks minimum of 60% in PCM for general category is just. For SC/ST and OBC is 50% and also get respite in entrance scores and fees as well.
