Remarks
It is one of the best institutes in India offering good courses and with good placements. The location is also good and the alumni network looks good. The faculty and the infrastructure are also decent.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses we are being taught are updated to meet today's need. The industrial exposure lack a little yet the laboratory and all are good with good instructors. The faculty is very engaging and well qualified.
Placement Experience
We get a good number of companies visit the campus from the beginning of the academic year. Microsoft also vvisots the campus for internship as well as placements.
College Events
I love my life here, it has all sort of activities. The clubs, and the cultural events are all very exciting. We have SAC where we conduct club meetings and practice for events. Nitrutsav, innovision, cosmo are some of the famous events here.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am currently admitted under ICCR scholarship provided by the Indian government. The college also provides scholarships to deserving students partially funded by the alumni.
Campus Life
It is one of the largest campus among NIT's. We have around 10 hostels and two lecture halls. The academic building is the tallest in the city. Library is big enough to cater your curious mind. You are provided with lan connections in hostel room while library has high speed WiFi.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is not that great but is satisfying. You have to share your room till the first two years then only you get single rooms. The mess food isn't that great though we have many restaurants inside campus so it doesn't make a difference. The hostels are allocated as soon as you do your admissions.
