Remarks
This college is famous for its infrastructure, facilities, placement and education too. I found it quite valuable. Computer Science is my favorite stream. I always wanted to take it, it was planned earlier.
Course Curriculum Overview
Everything is quite good but ypu need to be focussed in your studies as the backlog percentage is great. Almost 30% of the students per year leave the college without any graduation degree. Yes, we are provided industrial exposure. Faculties are good and friendly.
Placement Experience
Many big companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Samsung, Infosys, come for placement. They look for job profiles of software engineers, web developers, etc. We have a broad network of alumni. Many of them are placed in Samsung, Cognizant, TCS, ATCS, Wipro and so on. Each company takes 10-15 students.
College Events
Every year PU has many events, techno-cultural fest, sports meet, seminars, events and much more. Participation from different colleges are also there. Cash rewards are also given. These days are so exciting. Many bands like The Apache, has come to perform. The celebrity list is long. Apart from these, many small events also keep going.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I didn't availed any. Although one can get scholarship based on merit and marks. One can also get scholarship from different government schemes like that of E-Kalyan, MOMA scholarship and many more.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is awesome. The campus has separate hostel facility for girls and boys, mess, canteen, ATM, 24 hr electricity and water supply. The campus has sports grounds for volleyball, basketball, football and badminton too. It has huge grounds and racing tracks too. Wi-fi is present and you must get it's access from the branch. Library and labs are huge in itself. One can get a huge collection of books in library.It is equipped with cameras and air conditioners too. Labs are also furnished with apparatus. Safety is the most prior thing. Computer Labs are furnished with air conditioners too.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good. Separate hostels will be alloted to boys and girls. The rooms are vast and have air conditioning facility too. One can avail a non-ac room too. One can get basic things like bed, electricity and water supply too. Mess is there but you won't get any non-veg food there. It will be a two-seater room. One-seater room is also present.
