Remarks
I chose REC because I felt the college is good for doing ECE ( and of course it is ). The distance also mattered for me. As we have enough transportation facility there I chose REC. Considering other colleges REC is autonomous so I thought that they would encourage in participating in more projects than concentrating only on academics ( yes, they do that).
Course Curriculum Overview
According to my department. The syllabus is standard. They do encourage teaching extra subject based things. We are allowed frequently to participate in projects and competitions, to do interns so that we gain some basic industrial exposure. The staffs here are good they do research and update their teaching stuffs.
Placement Experience
Most core companies show interest in taking in students for job. Apart from core companies TCS takes in many employees from here.
College Events
I'm just having a good (better) experience here. There are wide opportunities to show one's excellence in various fields. One can learn many things studying here (academis and life skills). Coming to extra curricular activities they give preference to those who excel in that field (not for all) which is the only bad remark about campus life.
