Remarks
I chose SGTB KHALSA because firstly it’s in the NORTH CAMPUS and very near to my house. Secondly, the placement cell is the best here and big 4’s also come for placement. Thirdly, the campus is very big, near to Hudson lane also.
Course Curriculum Overview
There were some subjects like INCOME TAX and Financial Management in which some of the chapters were not updated as per the govt rules but teachers helped us to cope with the new rules and guidelines. Yes, we are provided with enough industrial exposure.
Placement Experience
Well all the big 4’s come in my college and also all the major and well recognised companies. If an average is taken then almost 60-70% students per/courses get selected for placement. Different profiles for different courses are offered for students like for BCOM jobs in finance or accounting department or marketing and sales department are offered. We get the notification on our class group by the PLACEMENT CELL that from this day the companies will come for placement.
College Events
My campus life is so amazing. Made new friends here who became family by the time. Well, talking about the fest, Khalsa college fest used to be amazing when my father was in the college but today it’s not up too mark. Only the food courts and games stall are amazing. Cultural festivals are also fun to watch.
Campus Life
Library is so big. There are 3 floors in the library. Wifi speed is only fast in library because there are jammers placed in college. Labs equipment are also updated. Sports faculty is also very supportive. They provide us all the items to play.
