Remarks

IIM Ranchi was the best option I had for finance specialization IIM Ranchi provides its' students a conducive atmosphere for them to participate and excel in corporate competitions by regularly conducting seminars with speakers having a good track record in competitions.

Course Curriculum Overview

IIM Ranchi has a rigorous curriculum which explains concepts of finance, marketing and economics from scratch so that no one is left behind. Cases which are provided are really helpful to apply the classroom concepts. Courses like Management Computing helps to bring everyone at the same level for proficiency in Excel.

College Events

IIM Ranchi's annual flagship event RUSH is a very big event in Ranchi which hosts a plethora of cultural, management and sports events. Ranchi Premier League is also a much celebrated sports event conducted by IIM Ranchi.

Campus Life

IIM Ranchi's permanent campus is currently under construction. IIM Ranchi has a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus. IIM Ranchi has a mixed collection of print and electronic resources. Climate control systems and aesthetic lighting have been installed to make the learning experience a pleasant one.

Hostel Facilities

Each block of hostel consists of a mess and canteen which remains open for 20 hours a day. Flats are fully furnished and installed with 5 star service facilties.All rooms in flats are installed with intercom and voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN and the Internet. VIP Security system is maintained for the students in hostel.

Placement Experience:

XLRI provides both SIP and Final placement opportunities. The SIP process begins in the month of September and the final placements during the months of Dec-Feb. 100 percent of the students get placed. The highest stipend for the SIP 2024 was 3.5 lakh per month, the average being 1.5 lakh+.

Remarks:

Our college is the fastest growing IIM in the country, we have already surpassed other B-Schools that we are normally compared to in terms of placements. At IIM Ranchi, students are offered international placements as well and as per the stats, in 2019, the highest international package was 58.1 LPA. The average package is also decent at 15.02 LPA. Domestic highest package here was 26 LPA, which is a great return on investment, if you see.

Remarks:

Amongst all the new and baby IIMs, IIM Ranchi clearly wins the game with respect to the pedagogy and the facilities that it provides. The campus is known for providing single occupancy room to all the students. Also, the average placement is highest here.
