Remarks
It is one of the reputed institutions in Kerala. The teachers are also very much qualified. Our college is also famous for its involvement in cultural activities and the state youth festival. The distance of the college from my home was also another factor. I could easily avail a direct bus from my locality bus stop to that of our college. Plus I could also make use of the Kochi metro service.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus provided to us was well updated but to be honest I was not one hundred percent satisfied with the way classes were taken. The portions were all covered in time, but still I felt that the quality of teaching was not upto the mark except for a few teachers.
Internships Opportunities
Yes. I have done an internship at EY.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are mostly available to those in the science groups. Yes even our department had placement interviews. But the companies approaching are quite limited especially if we take the case for our course of economics.
College Events
The college is well ahead in terms of extra curricular activities. I definitely had fun during our talents day where I took part in a group dance and had loads of fun. The theresain week every year was also a major deal in our three years of college life.
