Remarks
I chose this college because it was suggested by my father as he told me that it is a great college so i applied here. When i got in I realized that my father was right it is a great college with lots of facilities. The college has great teaching staff and campus with a big library too. Teacher's here are very helpfull nd supportive in all ways.
Course Curriculum Overview
We were quit updated in academics. In TY we had GST( Indirect Tax) as a subject. The faculties were amazing & highly educated too. My favourite were Amit Sir and Sagar Sir I use to always attend their lectures without fail their teaching method is amazing they always made sure that everyone is understanding what they are teaching.
Placement Experience
For placements many companies visit thakur college. And before companies visiting thakur college use to have seminars for their students regarding the interviews which were going to happen for placement. In that seminar they use to get students ready for interviews.
College Events
The best part of Thakur college is the events. I mean i participated in almost all events even the inter college one's since 2nd year mostly for dance and fashion show's. The main event is TARANGAN because it is the management festival which thakur college holds. Thakur college is been hosting this event since 11 years now, it is basically divided in 3 days it is a inter college event too and there are many colleges participating in this event and winning prices for competing. Their are treasure hunts, dance performances, fashion shows, music concert ( for college bands) and most important was TRISHNA because it is at the last day of the event only for thakurites and that was dj night.
