College has very good campus also has done very good marketing to get students at the time of admission but not providing placement as student deserve for it. College just make aver attractive name of variety of branch in MBA and engineering but no such requirement in real industry. It means college just play with career of students.

I had given MAT and got 76% in entrance exam to get admission for MBA. I choose my course as MBA in port and shipping management because shipping is very adventures industry, evergreen industry to develop career, as college authority explain us at the time of GD and PI. Also says shipping industry has great career growth for Mechanical engineer and as i have BE mechanical background, I had chosen this branch.

Course curriculum is very impressive at the time reading on manual but at the same time when we comes towards faculty, college doesn't have any permanent core faculty to teach core shipping knowledge and operation. Some guest faculty like capt. Bhutaliya and Capt bhattacharya are nice with great knowledge of industry.

All students get internship in different type of services in shipping like in operation, manning, freight forwarding, etc.I have got chance in shipping corporation of India, Mumbai.I have got stipend of Rs 5000 per month. HR head allot liner technical department GM as my guide who never has time to spoke with me.so he allotted his duty to one account of his department who help lot but don''t have much knowledge of shipping as he is master in account only. They had given one project study to me like that why India is lag behind china in shipping industry. Other companies like V ships, Om freight forwarder, M.Sc shipping, Mundra port, Mumbai port are given opportunity for internship.

Placement facility is worse as no any core placement officer in college who has good contacts with shipping industry, only 50% students placed at the end of academic session but help to recruit other 50% also after ending of academic session. Also highest packeged provide d by NYK shipping is 3 lacs per annum after MBA. Instead of NYKall other companies has given package of 1.5 lacs to 2.4 lacs which is very less compare hard work of students.

College festivals are nice and arrange very properly with perfect management. Almost all branch, all class students participate in festivals. Festivals like fresher party, rainy season tracking, winter festival, convocation and all.

Yes college provide scholarship for uttarakhand students only which as under uttarakhand government.

Campus life is superb, as no based in gender, gender ration is almost 50-50, also competitions conducted also nice and conducted regularaly.

College Hostels are nice but as it has very less no of room, college provide us private hostel which has taken Rs.62000 for year from us for lodging and fooding which is much higher as the facility provided. Mess food was sometimes good but sometimes very bad.

There are no such proper network.
