UPES is Uttarakhand Best Private University!

UPES noise is heard even in states like of South and when I heard about them, i started approaching student's of CSE at UPES and everyone said that UPES is perhaps the best in academics as the kind of things we get to learn here and then then other things too. My experience too havent been any less as academics here have simply ruled the charts.

In the 7th semester itslef largely student's are placed and that is not all as if one student is placed with a package of 8 lakhs, he/she can still apply for the next organisation which is coming but only if they offer a 50% hike.

Upes University Dehradun is arguably the best university and fees is 5 lakhs a year for academics and it was 3 and a half in 2022 when i joined. So yes a steep rise in the fees but its fine as now i have finished paying fees. Besides academics hostel charges were 1.8 lakhs every year and an examination fees of 6000 per semester.

Urjaa and it is full of energy as artists like Rabbi and AP Dhillon too have performed at our fests. Our infrastructure is so good that even though i was getting cheaper options in PGs i still chose to stay at the hostels as so that i can stay at the campus. We also have a sports fest called Spandan and around sport's in 20 categories are held then.

Hostels of UPES have multiple options and i have stayed in various room types. In the final yesr, i have taken the best room as i wanted some space and my spacious room has twin facilities as its a tiwn sharing room. Mess sometimes deliver good food and sometimes not so good and I wish a consistency was brought on this.

I gave one and only one entrance and that is UPESAT. Now the entrance was tough the only good thing was that competition wasnt that tight. I was among the top 200 rankers and thus i got the admission here through UPESAT. For management and even Law programs, UPES have made entrance mandatory for applying.

Faculties if i introduce each of them it will probably take ages. Everyone had a CV which has endless degrees, researches and what not in that. Plus if i have to comment on the way they teach, it is as if Gods and Goddesses have come togther from heavens and are taking the classes. Yes, definitely not exaggerating at all.

Maggie Point and when you have that as a meeting point, why to refix that. Dominos, 180 degrees and all such outlets are there. Yes ISBT, Railways and Airport's are far but shuttle auto, city buses and all are easily available from our campus or lets say at a waking space of 5-10 minutes.
