Remarks

College is okay but biggest draw back is the campus is very small. In terms of college campus is not good college need to improve on this. College management need to be improved in terms of students development.

Entrance Preview

According to the institute, they take admission on the basis of MAT exam,if the percentile was below 60,so they said student have to clear the entrance exam and an interview but at the end the admission was done through donation quota. As per the records this college was in top list in Bangalore and in 5th position in Karnataka and 88th in India but taking admission through donation tells all the truth.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

Course structure is not so good. The main focus should be on marketing management but college faculty does not teach anything related to management tools.Everyday they used to say presentations will be taken from the students but at the end no presentations are been taken. The faculty of this college is not so well qualified. They does not explain anything in detail.

Internships Opportunities

No,my college does not provide good quality internship. They does call companies like Infosys, HP,Wipro for internship.

Placement Experience

1

Out of 120 students, only 20% students were placed and the placements were not good. The good companies like Accenture,Dell, Wipro, Hindware ,Nikon,Hindustan lever, Infosys and many more were not invited in the campus for placements.

College Events

1.5

There were several festivals celebrated in the colleges, all over the events are good of the college but they are not systematic.Everything is messed up,they should try to get things in systematised way.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is bite high ,its Rs 120000 per semester. In every period of six months students has to pay Rs 1,20,000.After the tuition fee each student has to pay the examination fee separately.Over all its high.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, they do not offer any scholarship to the brilliant/ranker students. They should provide scholarship,it motivates student to study more harder.

Campus Life

2

Campus life is not up to expectation, the rooms are really small and campus of the institute is also small.Gender ratio is more of male in comparison to female.

Alumni/Alumna

They do not provide good alumni for students,as mentioned again it's not organised properly.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is really easy and teachers are chilled out, they don't care if the student has submitted his/her assignment.

Faculty

1.5

Faculty does not clear any doubts of students,we faced problems at the time of exams and assignments were submitted on time by students but teachers didn't checked it on time and marks were not provided which effected our percentage. Faculty need to be improved.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
