Good Aspects: Teaching of faculty, Good Guidance, Late hours Doubt Clearance, Innovative ideas were welcomed by the faculty members. Bad Aspects: Remote Location Admission Procedure: Has been changed as it's being 10 years from now I graduated and the good thing my college is now a Deemed University. Reason For preferring this college: My interest was in Instrumentation and during 2006 only 4 colleges where offering B.Tech in Instrumentation in Odisha State. My Parents selected this college for me with its Good, will which it had acquired since its establishment 1996 I would really recommend youngster for better future and studies.

I have selected B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation since it was a booming course for future generation Industrial Automation and Robotics as we are seeing it now and proud to I am in industrial Automation at Paper Sector since 10 years after college campus placement. Faculty:Student Ratio: 10:60. Qualification : Phd Holders: 50%, Mtech Holders:30% & Btech Holders:20%. Teaching Methodology was a unique point of this college since you will get the knowledge which really helps in practical job life. The Exam was on time as per the schedule and the difficulty of the pass is to study the curriculum properly.

From 5th semester onwards Internship is planned. During 2010, 15 companies have come for final placement. Highest Package in my batch 2006-10 was 6 LPA from Mindtree and Average Package was 2.7 LPA (Kindly note its 10 years back). The percentage of students getting placed during those days was 50% due to the remote location. I have joined the company where I got placed after my studies.

Fees of 1st Year in 2006 was 50000, and remaining year till Finals was 40000 Excluding Hostel Fees. Financial Assistance was from my Study Loan. I have ended landing in Job at M/s JK Paper Limited with a Package of 3.5 LPA as GET-Instrumentation immediately after my course completed in the Month of July 2010.

We have Annual Fest called "GAJAJYOTI" which I remember we were organizing competitions on robotics, Software Development etc. engaging other colleges of Odisha. The best part of this college was Library 24 X 7 which different varieties of books and Magazine where we can enrich our learning Potential, the classroom had good Amenities as well as laboratory equipped with good practical equipment's. Extracurricular activities we had Music Club, Sports Club, Yoga Club and Startup club. The college had a Social Group Named: "Gram Tarang" for development of nearby villages, where I was one of the members since college is surrounded with beautiful mountains and hills with a complete silent atmosphere for studies. Apart from all I love studying Books.
