I cleared AIEEE with AIR 50000 and I opt this college because its a central govt. college and huge placement opportunities one can get.

First year of college is common to all branches means student from all branches learn same course. From second onward students are taught according to their core branch. Overall structure is good but student there generally learn on their own out of their core subjects.

Yes some company conduct test and interview for internship. Stipend varies depending on different companies. Companies like amazon hires for intern.

Huge placement opportunities are there. Placement doesnt depend on college, it depends on individual. If one has potential then he can grab good job. Package varies from 3.75 lakh to 27 lakh. Branches CSE and ECE are very good in placement and textile and biotech are on avg. Many open to all branches company like business analyst and it and finance etc visit campus which on can grab by his hardwork.

Many events are conducted at our college. Utansh is one of biggest event in nit jalandhar and tech niti which is technical event also a big event.

Fee in nit jalandhar is very reasonable and they provide books from book bank to every student for every sem. One can easy afford this college.

Education scholarship many of the students college provided. Education Loan also they approve from banks like SBI, Pnb etc. I availed education scholarship of 50% half of my salary was reduced due I scored good marks.

There were approximately 3:2 ratio of boys and girls. We had annual hostel parties which we called it as HOSTEL NIGHTS. There i participated in numerous technical workshops, ethical hacking workshops, debates and group discussions. Students were running number of dance clubs, singing clubs and other various societies. Students come to there from foreign countries like France, Srilanka, Indonesia, Bhutan etc. College provide scholarships through various govt. Schemes.

Seniors are very social and interactive they helped their juniors in handling the annual fests.they organised extra classes for junior .

Every sem there is two minor exam of marks 20 each and one major of marks 50. Its little bit difficult because we don.t get any holiday in exams. Minors are conducted 2 in one day and major one after other without any holiday. Over all its bit difficult getting good score, one has to work hard and concentrate.

Faculty there is like normal colleges. Culture there is something like student help each other before asking help from teachers. Although teacher will definitely help students. There one can find student with different talent and creative hobbies which makes you curious to learn more and more. level of competition is very high, so one try to learn more and can explore himself.
