Overall the college is above average but for the fees paid improvements can be done .

There are 2 semesters per year. 2 assessment tests will be given from which internal Marks are obtained + attendance is considered for internals . After that semester exams are taken by the students.for architecture students internship must be taken for 100 - 120 days during 7 th semester. I've had went for about 4 - 5 study tour in Chennai ,1 north india , 1for rural study . many software are taught by the college which is useful for placements , yes placement is available.

placement exams are conducted and classes are also conducted for placement training. I have attended an internship training for 120 days in dt studio pvt limited an interior and architecture design firm in banglore.

Culturals is celebrated grandly in our college and celebrities , important public figures are invited as chief guests for the functions , dance , music , sports events are conducted and prizes are distributed for the winners. All the department students are gathered around 3000 students visit the culturals event.

Fees is a bit expensive ,this fees includes transportation and food facilities for mornings and afternoons, Yes the college is transparent in the frees breakdown, no additional fees are charged but for examination If the attendance is low duplicate hall tickets is required and is charged for each exam

Yes college offers scholarships for the topper students every year . 1 student form each section is provided with scholarship.

Hostel rooms are in average condition when I stayed there around 7 people are alloted in a room, fees is around 60000 for the non ac hostel and around 100000 for ac hostels . Snacks are provided and play time is available , for going outside of the campus outing pass is required and you'll need to get parents permission to the wadern via letter or mail .

Senior have guided me in many ways helping me understanding the different principles of architecture and practices , special events for alumni's also takes place where they discuss their experience and exposure to the students.

I choose the course because I like to design and sketch . Sathyabama institute is one of the fine institute for architecture in Chennai. Entrance exam is conducted after 12 th public exam you can apply by using college's website. and results will be announced , college calls the selected students for counselling or else you can join by attending the admission event , there details will be provided, donations should be provided to the college .

20 - 25 staffs are available. All the staffs are b.arch , m.arch graduates and are qualified specialists in their respective subjects like landscape architecture, urban design, architecture theory, and they have very good experience and in the field of architectural practices
