Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was prepared for the perfect profeesionals. Laboratory facilities are well that's the important for that type of course. In exams, the 40% of the marks was internal that is continuous assessment through out the semester and then 60% was awarded via written exam. In exams we have to answer from the all the units in the syllabus.
Placement Experience
Placement of our college was very well. Most of the students that is nearly 90% of the students placed in every academic year. For the placement they trained the students via certain programs in that college. Nearly every year there are 30 to 40 companies approaches the college.
College Events
Protofest was the event that was for the upcoming entrepreneur with their idea. Pecoffes was the cultural program. There are lot of technical events were conducted in a semester. Cultural festival was celebrated once in a year. It celebrated for a week.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee was feasible for the people who belongs to the Pondicherry. But for the people belonging to the other state they have to pay trice. The mode of payment accepted by this college in first year student through the bank DD. And for the students of other year they accept the mobile banking, UPI, ect.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes the college provide the scholarship via someother means. The fee was very low because it was a government institute. So may be scholarship was not needed for the students.
Campus Life
The gender ratio may be equal. Campus was very beautiful with lot of trees. They conduct sports meet once in a year. There are lot of workshops was conducted. Each department conducted a workshop for every semester. They conducts special workshops on robotics, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the alumni and senior students was very helpful in every single works. There is no ragging in our college. The senior students was very friendly and very helpful for our carrier and campus activities.
Admission
First of all it is a government college. I got a admission to that college by the merit list based on the 12th marks. First we apply for that college via CENTAC. It was a college admission committee in Pondicherry. We have to prefer the PEC in that commitee to attain a admission in PEC.
Faculty
Faculties are well experienced one. Most of them done their doctorate in prestigious IIT. Faculties are very friendly and very helpful for the students carrier. PEC have nearly 11 department. In each department there are 30 profeesor averagely. And there are some lab technicians and others also.
