Course Curriculum Overview
Our college has got a campus decent enough to accommodate its students and is well furnished with all kinds of facilities, the faculty are good and knowledgeable too. The college is affiliated to the Pondicherry University and the university decides the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
The college asks us to do a compulsory internship in their hospital for one year and we are the CRRIs there and the stipend is a bare minimum of 5000 however the experience and learning is what is needed to us as a person seeking to serve the society.
Placement Experience
There are no placement drives conducted in the college as such, however the degree is an ever green one and belongs to a life saving profeesion, so, the students graduating would surely find opportunities to join a job and if they couldn't find any, they could startup their own establishment like a clinic or a hospital. The ones who want to continue their education can prepare for their PG entrance exam and could continue studying in the course of their intrest.
College Events
The campus life is kinda heavenly and there used to be cultural activities every year which brings in lots of new friends and increase our circles, intercollegiate fest's are also organised by our college once in every three years and that happens so grandly, not only cultural events but the college is very active in conducting academic events as well, there are a lot of CME's organised in various disciplines.
Campus Life
Campus has got seperate college,hospital and hostel building all with elevator facility and prayer areas. The college has got a good playground too and a lot of greenery in the campus. The labs are very well equipped with sophisticated instruments and are quite good for doing research too. The college had Central library with a huge collection of books.
Hostel Facilities
Although I didn't opt for the hostel I did take a visit of it once or twice and found it decent enough, there are hostels with AC rooms and there are ones without AC rooms too, we could also share rooms if needed according to our own comfort and financial affordability. The hostels have got a mess facility too and the food is good enough to eat.
