Remarks

Huge capacity in commerce department. The route to college, campus, crowd, faculty, facilities provided. There is great choice for SEC and DSE. Good ambience and crowd of students. Adjacent to many facilities and venues. Greater metro route choices owing to proximity to two major metro stations (Chirag Delhi and Malviya Nagar)

Course Curriculum Overview

Fully satisfied. Course curriculum is extremely dynamic and promising in most fronts. Academics is looked after well by professors. All of them are experienced and versatile in approach. Faculty is understanding and encouraging.

Course Fees: INR 7150 per year

Placement Experience

SBSC is well known for its placement cell. All big fours visit and take students for various profiles.

College Events

The commerce fest is one of the most sought after. Owing to large number of departments in college, many departmental fests take place. Extracurricular activities keeo taking place. Socities are active and enthusiastic.

Campus Life

Huge space for college ground. Wifi available. Library is well maintained with digital system to check book availability by students. Labs as well as library are equipped with laptops with more than enough numbers available.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
