Remarks
it was near my hometown, basically next state and that many cousins and friends were also in the university. I heard the placement was good and so I joined. I also heard that they have a nice mooting area and helps to prepare students for participating in Moot Court participation.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is perfect, nothing should be else that i would have preferred. They arrange for Moot Court participation which i was really looking forward to when i joined this college and i was satisfied how my involved Kiit is in volunteering. i am myself a part of NSS team and i really amazed how much work is done for the under previlegded. they also encourage more in practicals like public speaking, viva voice and skits, which really helped me come out of my shell. the class which teachers take are really interactive and they really give a challeege to finish tasks in deadlines.
Placement Experience
Placements are fine i guess. companies like Hindal & Co. Mahindra Life Insurance, visits. they look for students who have an cgpa of around 7 to 8 and they get a great package, so have i heard.
College Events
Campus life is fine. KIIT arrange spots competitions and others which really allow all the students to mix and have fun. they also arrange fests which are really awesome. I personally like the activities they held like a sports competition, singing competitions which really bring out the hidden talents of the people and refresh their minds.
Campus Life
Campus is quite big, it has basketball field, cricket, even football field. swimming pools are also there. The library is quite good and evry book u need can be found there. canteen and other stuffs are nice as well.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are nice. i have opted for three bed sharing but due to its unavailability, i was given 2 bed sharing. i had an AC room so the problems with insects and all are not bothering problems but this is not the case for the Non-AC users. the one thing that bummed me that i opted for attached bathroom and when i settled in the hotel found out they don't have any. they misrepresented. the problem that we face now with common bathroom is that it stays really dirty and its so unhygenic all the time. although they clean daily still we can see trash all around and the basins were always jammed and doors dont lock properly. even during winter time, there is no hot water availability. The food is fine and the out time is really short.
