Remarks
I had opted this college for the better infrastructure and the convenience of being close to my home. Also I had completed my schooling from Sinhgad Spring Dale Public School and hence I knew the in and out of the college and also some of the facilities and staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum isn't quite updated to the industry level by SPPU but I feel it's fair enough to understand the core and the basic of every technology. The academics is quite good but to be mentioned you have numberous co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities to participate in. The facilities are coordinating and often help us and guide us throughout the year.
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good. There are many companies coming in but most of them are for IT & CS Department. The lowest placement rates are for Civil Department. The people placed in IT Companies have a nice package of 4-5 LPA on average.
College Events
The college is very famous for it's extremely happening college life with various events and fests. The college holds a 4 days yearly fest named Sinhgad Karandak which includes all the technical, cultural and sporting events across its all 5-6 campuses. The fest ends with a mega EDM Night which is the biggest College EDM Concert of Pune.
Campus Life
The strongest arm of Sinhgad Institutes is it's infrastructure. The college has all the modern amenities which include hostels, wifi enabled campus, 4 level library, 2 sports grounds with tennis court and basketball courts. The college also has fully equipped labs which are quite out dated but works fine.
