I loved chemistry. Easy to learn and makes us interactive. So I chose chemical engineering. But it doesn't consist only of chemistry. Fluid Mechanics, piping mechanism, and various interactive subjects. Highly qualified faculties mostly from IITs. Teaching methods are excellent. Don't concentrate only on marks but an understanding of concepts is taken in mind. 4months/sem. 2nd and 3rd month two sessionals are conducted Cutoffs are not as high as expected. If studied normally anyone can get an 8.0 pointer

Exxon Mobil, Reliance are big companies that offer internships. Pointer greater than 8.5 is criteria along with progress in aptitude tests held by companies. Some assignments and tasks also are given by companies to intern them. Many students apply and get interns. 10% of applied students are getting internships.

Final year placements start from July month and last till March. 75% on-campus placements. Some go for higher education or startups. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Hyundai, Bharat Petroleum, Exxon Mobil, Reliance, are some top companies recruit students. Highest package 40LPA Average package 7-8LPA I will try for on-campus placements or Mtech from IIT.

Fees per semester are 66350rs. In whichever engineering college u search 1 lakh rs per yr is needed normally.so I don't think the fee is too large. Different fee quotas are there especially EWS. Scholarships also there gives u benefit in fees On-campus placements are available. 75% of students can easily get jobs in on-campus placements.
