Remarks
As nit andhra pradesh is situated in south india, whose literacy rate is high, so i also wanted to build my communication skills, so i thought my spoken English will improve and also when i took admission in this college, its mentor was nit warangal, one of the top nit.
Course Curriculum Overview
Couse syllabus is almost updated as per the current need, but like other colleges, i feel, in this college also we are lagging in acquiring practical knowledge. Till now industry exposure is almost nil. Most of the faculties are good, but ad-hoc faculties are poor also. Venkateshwarlu sir is one of the best faculty. Also sandeep sir, our current hod is best.
Internships Opportunities
I have done an core level training in psu, iocl barauni after my 3rd semester, it was not an internship, it was like training, and process was very simple, i just need to send a proper mail to proper chanel of iocl barauni, with a recommendation letter from training and placement cell.
Placement Experience
As per my knowledge, about 75% students got placed from college itself, some companies like cognizant, l&t, vipro, infosys, burger etc took students from our college. Some as core developers and some as helper engineer. Highest package they offer last year was about 18 lakh and lowest was about 4 lakh.
College Events
In fests point of view, my college is best, but it held for college students only, as we were not in our campus but our college students are very active and enthusiastic in these, so they do all possible thing to make fests a best one. Till last yr, it was intra college only, but from this yr, we thought to increase participation from other colleges students.
Campus Life
It is in developing period, but almost phase 1 nd 2 got completed. Sports facilities is not that developed, but ya it is in developing period. Wifi we get 24 by 7, library is the most beautiful place of our college campus. We lab various expensive lab equipments but not all as required, but again it will be done in next 1 yr.
Hostel Facilities
It is 4 seater for 1st yr students, 2 seater for 2nd nd 3rd yr students and single seater for final yr students, with 3 floors each hostel, and there are in total 6 girls hostel with 24 by 7 wifi facility and awesome meals, on weekly basis dishes change.
