Remarks
I have chosen this course because mechanical engineering provides the best practical knowledge. Everything in this engineering branch is about practical like mechanism, manufacturing process, production and advanced technologies like 3D printing, additive manufacturing process, robotics, etc. There is nothing in this world without a mechanical engineer.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers are qualified and helpful. Teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant and based on BTU/RTU. And conduct workshops too.Teachers in our college are very helpful for all students. They always help students in college, home, on calls, etc. The new BTU curriculum is nice but can be better. College help in personality development also with some extra classes.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college were hectic wherein we had a round of tests, group discussions, and interview practices driven by our placement cell. Several privileged companies visit the college for placements. The average salary package offered to the placed students is around 3.20 LPA. Many companies like Accenture, Birla Sun Life, Collabera, Infosys, Sakti Art and Craft, and Genpact visited the campus for placements. TCS was an off-campus recruiter.
College Events
Labs are well-furnished and equipped with more than 10 machineries. Each student can get practical knowledge. I suggest to every engineering aspirant to take admission in JIET to become a qualified engineer.The college is fun and frolic, along with the faculty members, having good knowledge.moreover most of the fests are arranged by our seniors in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure of college is good but can be better. Labs have enough computers and assets. Wi-Fi is limited (need improvement). Canteen is big. Medical facilities available. Large ground is available for playing football and cricket. Internet lab also available.
