Remarks

It is an IIT, Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad. It was ranked 31 in 2017 and now it is 23 in NIRF Ranking. It's has excellent teaching faculty like Chandan Bhar Sir, Pramod Pathak Sir, Soumya Mam, GSP Sir, Mrinalini Mam and more. Very good chance of getting placed in very good companies. It was also near to my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course was pretty much updated. We work on new as well as old vase studies. We had many seminars from IAS officer, SEBI official, Bank officer, NGO workers, entrepreneurs, upper management officer of few companies like ONGC, BCCL, TATA. Our faculties were having very good experience of work and teaching.

Federal Bank, IMC, OYO, KCCL, Schindler, Future Group Almost all gets equal opportunity to compete during the placement. Placement department is fine and give ample opportunity to get a job. Our alumni are in very good places mostly in government sector. Fer are in TATA, Jindal, Hindustan Times.

College Events

If indulged in extra carrirular activities they were enough to make you leave your whole semester. Biggest is the Srijan (cultural fest) Next I'd Parakram ( sports fest) and there and many more tech fest, art and drama, photography.

Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
