Remarks
this was the best college i was getting as per reputation. Even being in chemical i can get job in IT sector with a bigger salary than IEM CSE or KIIT CSE branch. Campus area is good also. It is near to my home as well.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are hard working but don't know teaching. Syllabus is not very much updated to teach us the industrial skills. In india, nobody is following their passion, without interest in teaching, how Faculties can be good. Just doing their job to earn money and spoiling the world.
Placement Experience
Good amount of companies come to you. Offers salary as compared to a good NIT. You will get placed even if you are average in academics.
College Events
Fests are not very exciting. It is suitable for 6th or 7th class students. Sports fest is good. Singers or performers are good in fests and that is only attraction of fest. The contests organised in fest are of school level.
Campus Life
Campus is good but old. But satisfies the minimum need. Sports facilities are ok. laboratory facilities are ok too but equipments are old enough to give wrong observations. Hostel rooms are definitely better than other Colleges. Bathrooms are the worst, the caretakers should be punished for this very badly as it is the basic need. Wifi is average in speed. Library is good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is mandatory here. 1st year students share rooms. From 2nd year onwards single room is alloted. Hostels rooms are ok but bathrooms are worst. yearly fee for hostel is around 30k. And mess fee is also 30k per year which is paid separately.
