Remarks

My rank made me chose this institute for pursuing diploma in civil engineering department although this is a private college where anyone can take admission with not so good rank. This campus is so big and so far from my home. This institute is one of the best private colleges in new delhi.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course system is managed properly by the faculties so that the course may complete before the semester exam. Yes we were provided the site so that we get some practical knowledge of basic construction. Faculties are well educated and most of them are mtech. Sanjay Mahajan sir is author as well as lecturerer.

Course Fees: INR 96000 per year

Placement Experience

Job opportunities are not so good in this institute for the civil department because there are not so many company which come and heir students. Only 2 to 3 students get placed in this institute for civil once you clear the criteria of interview. ACC and Samsung limited have come here with placement offers for the students.

College Events

Events are performed by the institute for the freshers party which is held every year managed by the faculties as well as students. Campus Life was great enough to see the crowd around me. There is big participation who take part in performing the program. From every department, there are more than 5 students who are involved to be the part of it.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. College is very good. Teachers have knowledge not like other private college's. Rooms are big. Every machine is here for practice some machine price are more than 25 lakhs.
