Remarks
The college is good for studies and good facilities and good labs but it is kind of too stressful in the academics teachers put to much pressure in u and there are less cultural programs and don't focus on the extra curriculum activities and do not give importance for sports at all. It is like going for a repeat course or something when u get in that college but if you manage to find happiness around u will definitely miss it when u are not there. Admissions are pretty easy if you are qualified and have money all u need is to pay. The hostels are a great experience.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties are very helpful and supportive most of the teachers are friendly our HOD is the one best thing in the whole college everyone students love him and other department students are jealous of our HOD he is very supportive in all manners. And as there is plenty of scope in food technology it is easy to get a job.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides mostly off the campus internship and most of it they didn't provide a stipend as a student from Kerela. I was looking for an internship in milma an all and went to many companies but due to covid 19 everything failed.
Placement Experience
We are literally the 2nd batch of this course in college and we are only third years which means the first batch will be out of the college only next year so until then we can't say anything on placement or employment in college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees I paid was like 1 lakh rupees but there are fees reductions on ur 12th marks and many scholarships are provided if you are eligible for terma and conditions now the fees is around 80000 and some get fees reductions according to their 12th marks. So far no job or stipend has been provided from campus.
Campus Life
The campus life and social life of the institution is very poor like the students there are only meant for studying the syllabus and pass the respective exams they even make you sit in class till 6:00 pm and give you extra classes. There are no discussions or clubs taken place on campus in fact there is no leisure time on campus apart from the lunch intervals.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is pretty good you are given a room and 4 persons in one room including u which is okay the room is comfy they provide a shelf for keeping your things and toilets and bathrooms too have running water all the time and food at the mess is an average you can never expect perfect foods in the hostel.
