L.D. College of Engineering is the topmost government engineering college in Gujarat. Only a few candidates get the admission in this amazing college which enhance your knowledge and gives the best college life memories. Admissions in engineering colleges in Gujarat is done by admission committee for professional courses which is known as ACPC. After candidates register in admission committee for professional courses they declare merit list which is based on percentage of 12th and score of JEE. After we have to select the colleges as per our choice. After as per cutoff we get college. The main reason for selecting L D college of engineering is it is one of the most reputed colleges in India and in this college placement percentage is very high. So I choose a LD College of Engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
From my childhood I interested in Electricals so I choose the electrical stream for my Bachelor of Engineering. also in LD College of Engineering, all the professors are highly educated and experienced. Also, all of the professor nature is kind. And they always help us to study and a chat. Here in this college, we have to to give a mid-semester examination and one-semester exam. This mid-semester examination is conducted by college and semester exam is conducted by Gujarat Technological University.
Placement Experience
After completing 7th-semester students become eligible to take part in placements. And companies like Adani Reliance Bharat Electronics and many MNCs visited our colleges and recruited many students. Adani gives the highest package of 9 lakh per annum and the average package was 2.5 lakh per annum. And about 60 to 70 percent of students get placement from every department. I am preparing for gate examination to get recruited in PSU.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here in LD College of Engineering like every Government Engineering College of Gujarat, there is a tuition fee of 1500 for a year. Also, we have a library in our college so we have to buy a very less number of books. And many scholarships available from Gujarat government in undergraduate studies. And stipend it is available for postgraduate students.
Campus Life
Our college arranges many technical as well as a non-technical fest. And here we can get every boots and generals and newspaper in the library of LD College of Engineering. In classrooms have amenities like projector fan lights. LD College of Engineering have tennis court basketball court badminton court and a playground for cricket also there is many tournaments are organised by college.
