Goenka college is one of the best colleges for students from the commerce field as it provides campus selection at the graduate level, which motivates the students to have their best in the upcoming years. As a government college, we all know the fees are quite affordable to all the sections of our society. Many co-curricular activities are also being performed to uplift the good qualities of students. In our college sometimes rallies and huddles affect our studies. In the beginning, we had submitted the form and paid 500 for the semester and 800 for co-curricular activities. I get admitted on 26th June 2018. I preferred this college among the others because being government it gives the best faculty in studies, books, and obviously the best teachers. I search mainly on the Goenka website where u can get each and every piece of information regarding the college norms and structure. The site name is www.goenkacollege.net.com.

I have chosen this because I want to mba. By doing this course I can opt for many Competitive exams. The faculty of Goenka is quite scintillating. There are more than 10 teachers for each subject. The student ratio is also quite good as every class has 4 sections and in each class more than 120 students are available. Two batches are there for students as per their comfortability. Morning and another Is day. Students who have to go for other professional courses opt morning classes and other opt day. Most of the teachers from. Our college opts for CA, some of them are from Mba. Each teacher must do postgraduate. After that, they can become a professor of our college. As our college is under Calcutta university which is one of the toughest universities in India. The marks deduction is at a high rate, students score lesser marks as compared to other universities. In our college semester, wise exams held so that the students get enough time to focus on their graduation along with another course.

The placement opportunity is really great, with salaries ranging between 15000-25000, along with learning opportunities like ACCA, CPA. ETC. I got a chance at Deloitte as an associate in taxation, which is really great for BCom. Graduate.

The fee structure is quite affordable to all the students. Goenka college takes annually in 1000. The amount depends on the course. As I have taken BCom (Hons) - 1000 and for 3 years 3000 ( whole) Apart from this, there are many scholarships available to those students who will grab the opportunity by intelligence and smartness. Most scholarships are for girls in order to uplift and empower women in our society. One scholarship name is kanyashree for girls. This scholarship provides 25000 to those who will win. Many campus companies come to our college like Wipro, Delloite., and other MNCs.

The College campus is neat and the environment is very friendly. The canteen is occasional but plenty of foods are available outside our college. Compared to the fees it is more than enough. The classroom is well. Lighted and neat, clean. Politics is nil, u won't even understand about parties. Debate, competition is held too. I'm. Our college. Dance and singing are for the fest.
