Heard about its fame and name. Good at placement. Faculties were good. The electrical department gives full placement. They give proper training. Better college than many others. I got admitted through wbjee rank. Had given the college name and subject in preference list and in 2&3 round got selected.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is according to Makaut. It's quite interesting with a few subject boring. The faculties are overall good except 1 or 2. Teaching language English is a little poor. There were 2 unit tests conducted by the college to see students preparation & each year has semesters qualify for getting a degree.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year allowed to apply. From 6th semester gets internships and jobs. Core companies recruitment is poor. Mainly all are IT-based. Otherwise business-related. Few core companies come but recruits men with a very little amount of salary. Companies with package 3.5-4 come in general. A few with much less and a few with more salary comes. 1/4th students out of total ones are selected from each department in total.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees are four lakhs nearly. 80,000 rupees is taken at first and then total fees are given. In odd sem forty thousand and even sem forty-five thousand is to be spent. Scholarship provided to minorities, though they don't properly provide them got placed at AI Globsyn but half-percentage students get recruited especially in electrical.
Campus Life
There is a fest each year and have some cultural festival and events. Project programmes happen all are allowed to participate. Hostel students get more benefits. They can participate in more celebrations. They are given performance to celebrate every festival.
